Edible Alchemy on Crete

A time to explore – to build – to expand – and always to learn. Alexis from Edible Alchemy will be on the island of Crete, Greece for three months (November 20th – February 20th. 2019) in order to develop a smart-hub for learning, permaculture and design – creating a place to meet and work on the fusion of new and old fermentation techniques with local terroir.

The longer term plan is to develop a retreat (or rather ReCrete) zone where people can come to learn, focus, relax, explore, meditate and create. Stay tuned for upcoming info and always let us know if you are curious to come and create your own experience with our offline, on-the-land format.
