Edible Alchemy on the microbial circus Tour – Central AMerica

Alexis will be traveling to El Salvador for an alchemistic coffee fermentation development project. Testing what it is like to add Cornelius the Sourdough to the coffee cherries and making cascara-umeboshi and the like. Then she is off to Oaxaca, Mexico to partner with chefs and explore the culinary scene in this vivid hub! Afterwards to heads East to Yucatán to meet her friends in their Milpas to exchange skills and knowledge on everything self subsistence living. Rounding off the trip back to El Salvador to taste the experiments and bring some back to Berlin for your own tasting experience!
