Ginger Beer & Natural Fermented Soda Workshop

So maybe you’ve made kombucha and water kefir before… and you’re looking for something a little more exciting, spicy or even intoxicating, something that gives us a buzz…. Here we learn the natural way through wild and cultured fermentation how to make a ‘real ginger ale’, non-alcoholic or even a slightly-alcoholic ‘beer’ (1-5%alc +).

Join us in the beautiful Greens Coffee & Plants cafe located at the Berliner Alte Münze! This event is interactive and informative. Through taste, touch, sight, smell and discussion we will explore the fascinating microbiological processes that turn roots and spices into effervescent and probiotic beverages.

As always, the event includes the probiotic snack and soda bar, plus a DIY Ginger/turmeric/ginger Beer Station so you can take home your very own custom soda.

Tickets include all probiotic snacks and drinks, your custom made sodas, info sheets and an extended knowledge of the microbial world

Vielleicht habt Ihr schon Erfahrungen mit Kombucha und Wasserkefir gemacht … und wollt jetzt mal etwas Aufregenderes  und  Schärferes zusammenbrauen  – etwas  Berauschendes, dass Euch den richtigen Kick gibt? Ihr  erfahrt hier,  wie man auf natürliche Weise durch spontane und vorbereitete Fermentation Ingwerbier herstellen kann – ein nicht-alkoholisches bis  leicht alkoholisches Bier(1,5 % Alkohol)

Die Veranstaltung ist interaktiv und informativ. Mit unseren Geschmacks-, Geruchs-, Seh- und Tastsinnen diskutieren und erforschen wir die faszinierenden mikrobiologischen Prozesse, die Wurzeln und Gewürze in erfrischende und probiotische Getränke verwandeln.

Wie immer gibt es probiotische Snack und Sodawasser von der Bar, und eine Ingwerbier-Station zum Selbermachen – so könnt Ihr euer eigenes Ingwerbier mit nach Hause nehmen!
