Kombucha Workshop

Come join your Bacteria Baristas from Edible Alchemy to find out what kombucha and other bacterial cultures are all about – and take home your very own kombucha SCOBY-‘Pet’!

This event is INTERACTIVE and INFORMATIVE. Through taste, touch, sight, smell and discussion we will explore the fascinating microbiological processes that turn simple tea into something so much more.

Get to know kombucha care, primary, secondary fermentation and beyond.

There will be a PROBIOTIC SNACK AND SODA BAR, plus a DIY KOMBUCHA Station – to start your own kombucha.

This workshop will be held in English – (German translation possible, but not the main language)
