This fall, the Microbial Circus Tour has taken the Edible Alchemy project from Canada to Germany, Croatia, the Netherlands, Iceland and California to learn about different aspects of fermentation and the cultures, people and projects where these skills flourish. We’re circling back to Winnipeg, where the project first began to share our journey with you.
