Edible Alchemy (Berlin) und VildVuchs (München) bündeln ihre Kräfte und packen all ihre Leidenschaft in ein besonderes, probiotisches Pop-Up in München. Wir haben in letzter Zeit an speziellen Sorten gefeilt in Bezug auf DRINKS, KRAUTS und KIMCHIS und weiteren probiotischen Snack Variationen. Die Aromen und die Location werden dir verraten am 2. Oktober (Grobe Area: Glockenbach Viertel).

Es wird eine blubbernde, interaktive, überschäumende Erfahrung. Eine Chance um freundliche Mikroorganismen zu treffen, zu berühren und zu probieren.

Unsere probiotische Bar ist bestens ausgestattet mit Getränken aus natürlicher Kohlensäure, Kräutern und Wildpflanzen, Bio Tees, Wurzeln und naturbelassenem Zuckern. Wir sammeln die Zutaten, um diese Cocktails zu brauen, inklusive der wilden Hefe aus der Luft, um diese fizzy und belebenden Drinks zu kreieren. Sei Teil unseres Herbstabends gefüllt mit Musik, Informationen, probiotischen Häppchen, Drinks und Installationen aus „lebendiger Kunst“.

Unsere Fermentations Station ist bestens ausgestattet mit selbstgebackenem Sauerteigbrot, einer Auslese an probiotischen, plant-based & wilden Buttern, Aufstrichen und einer funky Auswahl an Regenbogen Krauts zum Probieren.

Die Tickets beinhalten den Eintritt zum Event, einem probiotischen Drink deiner Wahl an der Bar, sowie Snacks an der Fermentations Station und die Gelegenheit deine Bakterien Baristas all deine Fermentations Fragen zu stellen.

Schau vorbei zwischen 18-21 Uhr, um all deine Sinne zu kitzeln, bring deine neugierigen Geschmacksnerven mit und- falls du soweit bist- adoptiere deinen ersten kleinen probiotischen Freund ;). Falls du schon eigene Fermente herstellst, dann bring von diesen ebenfalls etwas mit, um sie am „Culture Swap“ mit anderen zu tauschen. Die Anschrift zur Secret Location wird an die Ticketkäufer ein Tag vor dem Event bekanntgegeben. Bringt gerne spontan eure Freunde mit. Die letzten Tickets können an der Abendkasse gekauft werden.

Edible Alchemy (Berlin) and VildVuchs (Munich) are combining forces to bring to you a special Probiotic PoP-uP in Munich. We have been working on some special flavours in the form of DRINKS, KRAUTS, KIMCHIS and other probiotic snack surprises. The flavors and location will be released to you this October 2nd. (Hint: Glockenbach Quarter, Munich).

It will be a bubbly, interactive, effervescent experience. A chance to meet, touch and taste friendly microorganisms.

Our Probiotic Bar is stocked with naturally carbonated beverages made with foraged plants, organic teas, roots and unrefined sugars. We forage and gather ingredients to brew these cocktails including the wild yeasts harvested from the air to craft fizzy, lifting drinks. Come join us for an autumn evening of music, information, probiotic-treats, drinks, installations of ‘living-art’.

Our Fermentation Station is stocked with freshly baked, artisan sourdough bread, a variety of probiotic, plant-based & wild butters, spreads and rainbow krauts to dig into.

Tickets include entrance to the event, a probiotic cocktail of your choice at the bar and snacks at the Fermentation Station including asking your favorite Bactria Baristas all your fermentation-questions.

Drop in between 6pm-9pm to dazzel your senses and don’t forget to bring your curious taste buds and if you are ready, even take home a ‘Probiotic Pet’. 🙂 If you already create your own ferments bring them along too, to swap them with others at the „Culture Swap“. The secret location will be released to ticket holders the day before the event. Friends welcome- last tickets will be available at the door.
