Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory will guide you into the microbial universe through hands on experience and animated discussion. We will talk about the importance of soaking, sprouting and fermenting grains, legumes and seeds. Learn our recipe for wholesome, handcrafted cheeses and spreads. You will leave this evening with your own probiotic (full of life!) creation and the skills to transform your edible surroundings into delicious, nutritious fermented foods. Take home custom cheeses made with seeds and nuts and dip with new inspirations.
