Join us in the Edible Alchemy Rooftop Community Garden in the middle of Kreugzberg, Berlin @ Spreewaldplatz! It couldnt get more central than this, nor more locally grown herbs and veg.
Edible Alchemy is presenting a garden walk, talk, and pick to get the right spices and herbs into your personalized kraut. We will be talking, eating, drinking and making probiotics together in the form of veggy-krauts. (this also includes kimchi if that’s your jam).
We are here to reclaim fermentation as a food preservation technique! Spots are limited, please register with Alexis at [email protected]
Tickets: 25 euro per person
