Wildkräuter Elixer Workshop

It is now Spring and all the wild herbs are growing in and out of the city. We are collecting them and bringing them to you and going to teach you how to create a natural fermented soda with them.

This event is INTERACTIVE and INFORMATIVE. Through taste, touch, sight, smell and discussion we will explore the fascinating microbiological processes to use the herbal flavourings, turning them into effervescent and probiotic beverages.

There will be a PROBIOTIC SNACK AND SODA BAR, plus a DIY Wildkräuter Soda Station so you can take home your very own herbal-elixer.

Please bring any dry or fresh herbs you would like to share with the group!
