Description

Tempeh is classic food in Indonesian cuisine using mold fermentation to create protein-rich, easily digestible delicacy using soy and other types of legumes.

With the mold Rhizopus, you can inoculate and incubate various types of beans and legumes to grow mycelium and thus creating a fiber and protein rich meal.

The process of tempeh making takes a total of 36-48 hours of incubation.
