The Microbial Circus – Fan Zine (small handmade magazine)

Description

This fan-zine was the result of one of Edible Alchemy’s Microbial Circus Tours in 2016 where we traveled from Germany to Croatia to the Netherlands and then to Iceland to pick up recipes, bacteria, meet with kimchi specialists, sake samurais and the like.

We have compiled our favorite recipes and discoveries from these travels into this artful collectors item.

Due to the last round of prints, we have only a small batch of this zine left for sale.
