Here at Edible Alchemy we teach you how to ferment everything from kimchi and sauerkraut to sourdough bread, ginger beer and miso through hands-on experience.
 
We learn to combine ancient food preservation techniques with local and current knowledge and use all of our senses to do so: smell, touch, taste, visuals and even sound *PoP* *fiZzzzzz*.
