Flamkuchen Competition

It’s time to taste the skills of Berlin’s creatives in the form of a cook-off!

Flamkuchen is one of Germany’s most wellknown plates, and we are ready to test the creativity behind this piece.

Come join in a night of tasting, voting and prize winning at Agora Food on Friday The Thirteenth.

Competitors: enter free
Tasters / Voters: suggested 3-5euro at door.

The Probiotic Bateria Bar by Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory will be present as well as wine and beer served and of course table treats!

Each competitor will be voted on 5 catigories from a 1-5 scale (5 being best):
– uniquness/originaltiy
– presentation / design
– mouth feel
– flavour combo
– overall TASTE

Doors Open at 18h – tasting and voting begins at 19h! Come on time and ready to get into voting groups and raise your cards (1-5) to the best (or worst) flamkuchens you’ve ever tasted.
