With Edible Alchemy’s chef in residence, Iván, we are creating one-of-a-kind lunch menus once a week. Every dish is vegetarian (often vegan) and comprised of foraged and fermented components. Dishes are usually 7-10€ and we always have some probiotic drinks to try (3€). First come first serve!
