Transform common condiments into probiotic and nutrient dense additions to your meal! Hummus, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce, chutney and salad dressings are loaded with processed sugars and denatured vegetable oils, but they don’t need to be!
At this event we invite you to delve into the microbial universe with us as your guide. Through hands on experience and animated discussion you will leave this evening with your own probiotic (full of life!) creation and the skills to transform your edible surroundings into delicious, nutritious fermented foods.
Prepare your tastebuds as there will be lots to taste and try.
If possible, bring a jar to take home your creation!
