Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory will be back at the Spring Bazaar to nurture happy flora and fauna, inside and out!

Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory was formed by Alexis and Natalie in Winnipeg, Manitoba, 2013 to spread the word about the art and science of fermented foods. Today, Edible Alchemy CoLaboratory is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba as well as Berlin, Germany and travels the world

to reclaim fermentation as an energy efficient food preservation technique that connects us across cultures. They are especially passionate about transforming food waste and developing new flavours, textures and sensory experiences through experimentation.

Edible Alchemy will be selling probiotic snacks, fermentation cultures such as water kefir and kombucha, fermentation resources (pottery kraut weights, recipe postcards, stickers and zines) and tickets to upcoming workshops. They will also be offering organic, nonĀ­-gmo flower and vegetable seedlings to add beauty and flavour to your life.
